Welcome Letter

Dear Owner, 

It is our privilege to introduce our firm to you, the owners at The Master Sawgrass Lakes Community Association.  Many of you know us already as we manage your Sub-Association.  Space Coast Property Management of Brevard, a division of Towers Management Group has been obtained to manage the community and we are looking forward to continuing our relationships.

As of May 1st, we have been assigned, to provide full-service management of the Master Community.  Most if not all operations will continue out of the office located at the clubhouse, contact information at the top of the letter.  

We will do everything we can to ensure an efficient and professional transition.  I know it can be confusing as you have two associations you receive information from.  We hope with our firm managing both Associations the confusion will lesson, and the communication better for you the owner.   

Payments:  We anticipate new payment information will arrive directly from the bank prior to the July quarterly assessment. 

Included is an information form to be filled out in detail so we can ensure we have the most current information in our database.  Our Team appreciates your support in this relationship and welcomes your suggestions and feedback any time. 

In addition to the on-site clubhouse office, our Corporate Office is in Historic Downtown Melbourne and we welcome clients to come by and meet the staff if you are ever in the area.  Further information will be forthcoming as required and if you have any questions at all, please call or email.
